Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

• Nothing renews by itself. A plan runs for the period you paid for and then stops; we never charge you again without you choosing to pay.
• You may stop using Varavil at any time. Write to us if you want your account closed.
• After a paid period ends you have 7 more days to renew and keep working. After that your books become read-only. Your data is never deleted, and renewing at any time restores full use.

Refunds

• If Varavil is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of buying a plan and we will refund the full amount.
• After 7 days, payments are not refundable.
• A refund goes back to the way you paid (the same card, UPI or bank account), normally within 7 working days after we agree to it.
• If a payment is taken but cannot be matched to your plan, we refund it in full.

How to ask

Email Varavilsupport@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Say your company name and the date you paid. We reply as soon as we can, normally within two working days.
