Free trial
Every new company starts with a free trial of 30 days, with up to 3 users and no card needed. When the trial ends, what you saved stays on our servers and can be read and downloaded; adding or changing anything pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

- One company, with one GSTIN.
- 3 users (the owner counts as one), plus one free seat for your auditor or chartered accountant.
- GST invoices, simple books, the who-owes-you list, and follow-up of quotations and enquiries.
- An extra user is ₹99 a month.
Varavil Books
Our full accounting plan, for 3, 6 or 10 users and any number of GSTINs of one PAN. It is not yet on sale; we will say so in the app when it is.
Paying
- The price shown is the full amount. The operator of Varavil is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. If that changes, GST will be shown before you pay.
- You pay online through Razorpay (card, UPI or netbanking), in the app under Settings and Your plan. Your payment details go to Razorpay, not to us.
- Your plan is switched on as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within minutes and no later than one working day.
- A plan does not renew by itself. We never charge you again unless you choose to pay.
- If Varavil is not right for you, tell us within 7 days of buying and we refund the full amount. See Cancellation and refunds.
