Varavil is business software for small businesses in India. It runs in your web browser and keeps your work in one place: the GST invoices you raise, who has paid and who owes you, the quotations you send, and simple books.

What it does

• GST invoices. Make and keep tax invoices, with the GST worked out for you.
• Simple books. Your entries, a day book and reports, kept on Varavil's servers in India, so you can open the same books from any device.
• Who owes you. Give it your unpaid-invoice list and it shows who has not paid, so you can chase the oldest and biggest first.
• Quotations and enquiries. Keep the quotations you have sent and the enquiries you have received in one list, so none is forgotten, and see which have gone quiet.
• Reminders you send yourself. When one needs a nudge, Varavil drafts a short message from facts you have entered. You read it and you send it yourself.

Who it is for

Owners of small businesses, and the accountants and chartered accountants who work with them.

What Varavil is not

• Varavil is not a lead-generation service. It does not find, buy, sell or supply leads, customer lists or phone numbers. Every customer, quotation and enquiry in Varavil is one you enter or import yourself, and it stays yours.
• Varavil never emails or messages your customers. You send every message yourself.
• Varavil does not take or hold your customers' money, and it is not a payment service. You pay for Varavil itself through Razorpay.
